New device aims to improve colon polyp removal

Summary
This study tests a new tool called EndoTEM for removing large polyps from the lower colon. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well. About 30 adults with large polyps will take part. Researchers will check if the tool helps remove the whole polyp and track any problems.
