NCT ID NCT07540026

First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether spraying two medicines (tranexamic acid and sucralfate) directly onto bleeding stomach or bowel tumors during an endoscopy can stop bleeding better than standard methods. About 60 adults with tumor bleeding will be randomly assigned to get the spray plus usual care, or usual care alone. The main goals are to see if bleeding stops right away and if it returns within 30 days.
