First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested a special device called EndoRotor to remove abnormal cells in the esophagus (Barrett's esophagus) in people who didn't get better with standard treatments. The goal was to see if the device could completely remove the abnormal tissue in up to three sessions. The study was stopped early, so we don't have full results on how well it worked or its safety.
