New combo therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat uterine cancer

Summary
This study is testing two treatment approaches for advanced endometrial (uterine) cancer that has returned or spread after standard chemotherapy. It will compare an immunotherapy drug (envafolimab) given alone to the same drug combined with a targeted therapy (lenvatinib). The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink significantly from these treatments.
