Tiny tumor cells in lymph nodes: a new clue for uterine cancer?

Summary
This study watches 212 people with low-risk uterine cancer to see if finding very small groups of cancer cells in the first lymph nodes (sentinel nodes) affects the chance of cancer coming back. Participants have already had surgery to remove the cancer and lymph nodes. The goal is to learn more about what these tiny cells mean for the future, not to test a new treatment.
