Tiny cancer cells in lymph nodes: what do they mean for uterine cancer patients?

Summary
This study looks at women with a low-risk type of uterine cancer (endometrial cancer) who have very small clusters of cancer cells, called isolated tumor cells, in their sentinel lymph nodes. The goal is to see if these cells are linked to the cancer coming back. Researchers will follow 212 participants for several years to track cancer recurrence and survival, but no new treatment is being tested.
