Summary
This study is for people who had stomach cancer surgery and developed a leak where the esophagus meets the new stomach connection. Researchers want to see if using a vacuum device placed through a scope can help close the leak and reduce deaths. About 100 participants will be followed to track complications, recovery time, and satisfaction.
