Summary
This study tests a treatment called endoscopic vacuum therapy for people who develop a leak after stomach cancer surgery. The treatment uses a special sponge placed through a scope to help the leak heal. Researchers will track death rates, complications, recovery time, and patient satisfaction in 100 participants.
