Summary
This study aims to understand how doctors in Sweden make difficult decisions about when to stop life-sustaining treatments for critically ill children in intensive care. Researchers will interview 30 specialist physicians about their experiences, attitudes, and challenges when facing these end-of-life situations. The goal is to learn more about the decision-making process to help improve care for families during these heartbreaking moments.
