First test of new breathing drug in humans

Summary
This is a very early, first-in-human study to check if a new drug called ENA-001 is safe for people. It will be given as a single shot into a vein or muscle to 36 healthy volunteers. Researchers will closely monitor the volunteers' health and measure how the drug moves through and affects the body, including breathing.
