Summary
This study tested a device that uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and radiofrequency (RF) energy to see if it could safely reduce waist size and tighten skin without surgery. Twenty healthy adults received treatments on their abdomen and were followed for six months. Researchers measured changes in waist circumference and asked participants and doctors to rate improvements in appearance.
