New program aims to beat nurse burnout

Summary

This study tests a 5-week psychoeducation program designed to reduce burnout and improve self-leadership, resilience, and empowerment in nurse managers. 60 nurse managers will be randomly assigned to either the program or a control group. Researchers will measure changes in burnout and other psychological factors right after the program and again three months later.
