Summary
This study tested whether a special training program could help children with leukemia improve their daily habits and well-being. 46 children, aged 7 to 13, were randomly assigned to either receive the empowerment training or continue with their usual care. The training focused on building coping skills, self-confidence, and healthy habits over five sessions, aiming to improve nutrition, sleep, activity, and stress.
