Summary

This study is testing a new online tool called a medication management centre for people who take five or more medications (polypharmacy). The tool gives patients easy-to-understand information about their drugs and how they might interact with each other and their genes. Researchers want to see if using the tool helps patients feel more empowered and informed about their health. The study involves 120 adults across four European countries and includes questionnaires and a blood test for genetic analysis.
