Can emotional intelligence classes make teens happier?
NCT ID NCT06713460
Summary
This study is testing whether a 9-week emotional intelligence program in schools can help teenagers who are struggling emotionally. About 100 teens aged 14-16 will either participate in the weekly sessions or continue with their usual school activities. Researchers will measure if the program improves participants' mental well-being, emotional understanding, and ability to bounce back from difficulties.
