Summary
This study tested a program designed to help children from difficult family situations in Shenzhen learn to better manage their emotions. About 180 children aged 8-14 attended several group sessions to learn emotional skills. Researchers measured if the program improved the children's happiness, reduced anxiety, and helped their family relationships.
