Summary
This study looked at whether Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a simple tapping therapy, can help people who had obesity surgery feel less afraid of moving and lower their risk of developing pressure sores. 148 adults who had bariatric surgery took part. The results suggest EFT may be a helpful addition to recovery care.
