Summary
This study is testing whether an emotion-focused therapy program can help people who have received a kidney transplant. The program involves eight weekly sessions designed to help participants better understand and manage their emotions. Researchers will measure if this approach improves emotional regulation skills and overall well-being compared to patients who don't receive the therapy.
