Summary
This study tests a program designed to help parents and children in cross-boundary families (living in Shenzhen with ties to Hong Kong) improve their emotion regulation skills and resilience. About 450 parent-child pairs will be randomly assigned to either the program or a control group. The goal is to see if the program can reduce family conflicts, improve well-being, and strengthen family bonds.
