Summary

This study tests whether a 4-week emotion regulation and self-monitoring program can help teens ages 11-14 who are overweight or obese. Participants will attend weekly telehealth group sessions, track their mood and behavior, and complete brain scans and blood tests. Researchers want to see if the program reduces unhealthy biases and improves health indicators like glucose and cholesterol.
