Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week group program teaching emotion regulation skills can reduce eco-anxiety and eating-related eco-concerns in Mexican adults aged 18-59. Researchers will compare the intervention group to a control group, measuring changes in anxiety, eating concerns, and coping styles at the end of the program and 4 months later.
