Summary
This study tested a medicine called emicizumab in 85 people with hemophilia A, a condition that causes frequent bleeding. Participants received either weekly or monthly injections of emicizumab, or no preventive treatment. The goal was to see if emicizumab could reduce the number of bleeding episodes. Results showed that those taking emicizumab had significantly fewer bleeds compared to those who did not take it.
