Summary
This study is testing two non-drug approaches to help older men with an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). Researchers are comparing pulsed electromagnetic field therapy—a gentle, non-invasive treatment—against a program of regular aerobic exercise. The goal is to see which method better improves urinary symptoms and quality of life for 75 men aged 60-75 in Egypt, alongside their standard medical care.
