Summary

This study aims to find out if emergency surgery is better than placing a temporary stent for treating a colon blockage caused by cancer. It will enroll 100 adult patients in Europe to compare recovery, complications, and one-year survival rates. The research focuses on using a special recovery program after surgery to improve patient outcomes.
