This study compares five ways to cool down a person with dangerously high body temperature (hyperthermia) in an emergency room. Fifty healthy adults will have their body temperature raised through exercise and then cooled using methods like ice packs, ice sheets with a fan, or a body bag filled with ice. The goal is to find which method lowers core temperature fastest.
