Summary
This study compares two standard methods for placing a breathing tube in emergency patients who are still breathing but need help. Researchers will measure oxygen levels, complications, and survival rates in 140 adults to see if one method is safer or more effective. The goal is to gather better evidence to guide emergency medical practice.
