Summary
This study tested three different emergency contraception pill options to see which works best for women weighing 80kg (about 176 pounds) or more. Researchers compared standard and double doses of one pill against another type of pill, all taken within 72 hours after unprotected sex. The goal was to find the most effective option to prevent pregnancy for women in this weight range, since standard emergency contraception may not work as well for them.
