Eye movement therapy tested for trauma relief in jordan
NCT ID NCT07423832
Summary
This study tested whether a therapy called EMDR could help reduce the severity of PTSD symptoms in adults in Jordan. 70 participants with moderate to severe PTSD were split into two groups: one received EMDR therapy sessions, and the other was placed on a waitlist. Researchers measured symptoms before, right after, and one month after therapy to see if the treatment provided meaningful and lasting relief.
