This study looked at how a simple self-administered technique called Butterfly Tapping affects emotional reactions in people with PTSD. 46 participants completed a 15-minute session while their brain activity was measured. Results showed that the tapping reduced the brain's response to negative images, suggesting it may help manage emotional reactivity.
