Summary
This study tested whether a special behavior-change program (EMD-U) added to usual care improves skin-related quality of life in adults with atopic dermatitis or prurigo nodularis who scratch severely. 96 participants were randomly assigned to either the program plus usual care or usual care alone. The main goal was to see if the program reduced scratching and improved daily life over 6 months.
