Summary
This study tests a procedure called renal denervation, which uses energy to calm overactive kidney nerves, in 1000 people with both blocked heart arteries and hard-to-control blood pressure. Participants will receive the procedure or standard care during a staged heart artery opening. The goal is to see if it reduces serious events like heart attacks, strokes, and hospitalizations, while also lowering blood pressure.
