First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using CT scans instead of MRI for brachytherapy (internal radiation) can work just as well for locally advanced cervical cancer. About 1,200 participants will receive standard treatment, and researchers will track tumor control and side effects. The goal is to make high-quality brachytherapy more available in countries with limited resources.
