NCT ID NCT07314294
Summary
This study is testing two different dosing schedules of an experimental drug called EMB-01 for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has returned or spread after previous treatments. About 54 participants will be randomly assigned to receive weekly injections or a schedule that switches to every-other-week injections after six weeks. The main goals are to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and to monitor side effects.
