New drug could shrink rare joint tumors without surgery

Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called emactuzumab for people with a rare joint tumor (TGCT) that can't be removed surgically. About 128 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it shrinks tumors and improves joint function. The goal is to offer a non-surgical treatment option for this condition.
