Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called ELVN-001 for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). It aims to find the safest dose and see if the drug can reduce leukemia cells in patients whose current treatments have stopped working or caused severe side effects. The study includes 200 adults with CML, including those with a specific mutation that makes the disease harder to treat.
