Summary
This study tests a drug called elotuzumab in 15 adults with a type of bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis that has a specific genetic mutation (JAK2). The goal is to see if the drug can shrink an enlarged spleen, improve anemia, and reduce symptoms. Participants receive the drug intravenously and are monitored for side effects and response.
