NCT ID NCT07008144
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether a computer alert that pops up when a doctor prescribes too much digoxin can reduce risky prescribing in older adults. About 6,000 hospitalized patients aged 65 and older will be included. The goal is to see if the alert helps lower the number of patients getting more than the recommended dose of 0.125 mg per day.
