Zap your belly back together? new study tests electromagnetic therapy for moms
NCT ID NCT07442487
Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive electromagnetic device can help close the abdominal muscle separation that often occurs after pregnancy. The device aims to strengthen the core muscles by causing intense, involuntary contractions. Researchers will measure changes in muscle separation, thickness, and strength in 42 postpartum women over 8 weeks.
