Summary
This study is testing two different versions of an electrical needle treatment to see which works better for reducing chronic neck pain. 40 adults with long-term pain in their upper back and neck muscles will receive either a low-power, longer treatment or a high-power, shorter treatment. The goal is to find the most effective way to ease pain and improve daily function.
