NCT ID NCT07375823

Summary

This study tested whether adding electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to standard neck exercises is better at improving muscle function and reducing symptoms of cervical radiculopathy. It involved 50 university students aged 18-29 who had neck pain, numbness, or weakness radiating down their arm. Participants were randomly assigned to do supervised exercises alone or exercises combined with EMS applied to their shoulder blades.
