Summary
This study is testing whether a type of electrical stimulation therapy can provide immediate pain relief and improve function for people with painful Achilles tendon injuries or a history of rupture. Researchers will compare two different stimulation settings against no treatment in 30 participants. The goal is to find the best way to use this therapy to help people perform basic movements like standing on their toes with less pain.
