Zap your arms to climb harder? study tests recovery gadget for climbers
NCT ID NCT07336745
Summary
This study tested if a recovery method using electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) helps climbers recover faster from tired forearms compared to just resting. Ten experienced male climbers did a tiring climbing workout and then tried both recovery methods on separate days. Researchers measured how many climbing moves they could do afterwards to see which recovery helped their performance more.
