NCT ID NCT06873347

First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is collecting electrical signals from surgical tools during different types of surgeries to see if each procedure has a unique digital 'fingerprint.' Researchers will use this data to train a computer to identify which surgery was performed. The goal is to improve surgical training, not to treat any disease. About 160 adults having specific gynecologic or breast surgeries will participate.
