New study tests two Drug-Free methods to ease sciatica pain

NCT ID NCT07328282

Summary

This study is comparing two different physical therapy techniques to see which works better for relieving pain and improving movement in people with lumbar radiculopathy (often called sciatica). Researchers will work with 36 adults aged 30-50 who have sciatica-like pain from a mild disc issue. One group will do specific ELDOA exercises, while the other receives spinal mobilization with leg movements, to see which helps more with pain, function, and flexibility.
