NCT ID NCT07589972
First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of targeted drugs (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) plus a low-dose chemotherapy (vinorelbine) given before surgery to shrink tumors in elderly patients (age 70+) with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can eliminate all signs of cancer in the breast and lymph nodes at the time of surgery. About 45 participants will be enrolled, and their response will be checked every two treatment cycles.
