Summary
This study aims to track 20,000 older adults with fatty liver disease over time to understand what causes it to get worse. Researchers will look at lifestyle, environment, and genetics to learn how the disease progresses and to create better tools for assessing health risks. The goal is to gather the scientific evidence needed to develop more precise prevention and care strategies for seniors in China.
