Summary
This study looks at how new ways of providing home care affect older adults (70+) and the staff who help them. Researchers will compare two towns: one making big changes like training staff and removing some paperwork, and another making smaller changes. They will ask both seniors and staff about their experiences, health, and well-being to see if the new approach makes a difference.
