Blood flow restriction training tested against traditional workouts for stubborn elbow pain
NCT ID NCT07365033
Summary
This study compares two different exercise approaches for people with long-term tennis elbow pain. Researchers will work with 40 adults who have had elbow pain for over a year, testing whether eccentric training with blood flow restriction works better than traditional heavy resistance training. Both groups will do supervised exercises three times weekly for eight weeks, with researchers measuring changes in pain and arm function.
