Looking back at surgery for a 'Silent' tumor

NCT ID NCT07010224

Summary

This study looks back at the medical records of 130 people who had surgery for elastofibroma dorsi, a rare, non-cancerous tumor usually found near the shoulder blade. Researchers want to understand who gets this tumor, how well surgery works, what complications can happen, and if the tumor comes back. The goal is to learn from past patients to help guide future care for this often accidentally discovered condition.
