Summary

This study tested whether adding an elastic leg brace to standard therapy helps children with spastic cerebral palsy walk and keep their balance better. 26 children aged 1.5 to 7 years with mild to moderate walking difficulties took part. The brace was worn during therapy sessions, and improvements were measured using walking and balance tests.
